The problem with our current food system

 

The last 70 years in food has seen profound change in how we eat, what we grow, and why we farm.  The fundamentals of agriculture never change, but the ways that products move between supply and demand shift with technology, with climate, and with regulation.  

Today's food systems face challenges from every angle- from health and obesity, to the age of our farmers and the threat of losing knowledge, to the diversity of the crops which sustain us.  Agriculture is at a tipping point, and Provender has built a platform to nudge things in the right direction.
